Choosing the quality of hooks?
I'm new to fly tying and was wondering what do you get with the extra cost of TMC hooks compared to the Dai Rikis?

I called the Audobon Society yesterday. The person that I spoke to there didn't hear anything about this. That's strange?? I left contact info there. Also, I am going to call the paper there. I grew up on those rivers ,and I never got involved with tu there for one reason they were doing nothing for the river or the fish .there idea of helping the river was putting up kiosks .Nothing was being done to improve river habitat at the time .Sure some things were being planted along river b...

If you just want to wet your line and catch a couple fish the Kayaderosseras will work. I fished it probably 7 or 8 years ago now, the reason they stock it so much is that I doubt it could sustain any trout from year to year, it's a flat slow moving creek that I would think gets very warm later ...

I got to get out to the Saucon sometime it looks like a nice little stream. its just about a 3 to 4 hour drive from where I am at in PA.

It is all about what works for you. Lopat you should try tying some really easy productive stuff like Walts worms and Muskrat nymphs they are simply and sometimes deadly.
